1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the kkkkjj platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your kkkkjj account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kkkkjj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full;

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any kkkkjj content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of kkkkjj intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkkkjj, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if kkkkjj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kkkkjj's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The kkkkjj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Fraudulent activity is detected or reasonably suspected;
• A regulator or law enforcement authority instructs kkkkjj to do so;
• A player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program;
• The player's account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the closure is due to fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case kkkkjj may withhold funds pending investigation.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the kkkkjj platform shall first be submitted to kkkkjj's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players in the Philippines who believe their dispute involves a licensed gaming matter may also refer it to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism.

All game round results recorded on kkkkjj's servers shall be conclusive evidence of the outcome in the event of a dispute. Players must raise game-related disputes within seven (7) days of the relevant game round — disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.

kkkkjj reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
